11:30 hours short walk of about 3 km for everyone through the olive groves of the native place of very old varieties Caiazzana
13 hours lunch at the farmhouse in the hamlet Sangiovanni Sangiovanni and Paul Caiazzo at a price of 23 euro (10 for children) - appetizer tasting extra virgin olive oil, un primo, un secondo, contorni vari, vino della casa, dolce, frutta, liquore e caffè
ore 15 e 30 stesura dei teli e raccolta a mano attraverso la brucatura e pettinatura delle olive, trasporto al frantoio e visione del ciclo completo di estrazione dell’olio – inoltre come sempre tante foto-ricordo per tutti
